NOTICE: FJ Fury Fuselage "...I own and restore old military aircraft of all types. Currently, I have obtained a fuselage section of an FJ Fury. Exact model is not known as of yet, either a -2 or -3 version. Original paint job that is present is from GMSRon-2 from Chincoteague, VA. From the mid to late 1950's. The data plate was removed when the aircraft was cut up and has sat derelict in a scrap yard. My intention is to preserve the cockpit remnant and restore it back to original static display configuration retaining the same squadron paint and markings. Looking for anyone that might have served with the squadron and or someone with any further information, pictures, cockpit parts, or anything relating to the squadron, patches, flight gear that can be used for the restoration and final display.
